Liability Waiver
In attending classes at Eka Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Eka Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Eka Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
Terms and Conditions
1. Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. Increase in fees applies to new contracts only.
2. If purchasing packages require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit or debit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
3. It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation in a class, workshop, or other event at the Eka Yoga. Eka Yoga reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the unpaid participations are settled.
4. It is the responsibility of the member to settle any negative balance on their Eka Yoga account. Eka Yoga reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the negative balance on the member’s Eka Yoga account is settled.
5. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships, or products. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. To register or purchase from the Eka Yoga online booking system and to attend regular classes, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Passes for Kids & Teens Yoga programs must be purchased by a person over eighteen on behalf of the kid or teen.
7. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Memberships
1. All memberships (unlimited passes, class passes and contracts) are nominative non-transferable. Anyone caught sharing a membership will be denied entry and forfeit their membership permanently without any compensation.
2. Unlimited membership allows you unlimited scheduled classes, but excludes workshops or other special events.
3. If you purchase your membership on a single payment, the activation date will be the date of the first class booked.
4. If you purchase your membership on a monthly payment, the activation date will be the date of the purchase.
Booking Policy
1. Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your spot.
2. Classes must be booked in advance. “Book a Class” allows you to book a class.
3. A notification is sent to you by email once you are confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
1. If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.
2. Cancellations must be made via the contact us form at least 2 hours before a class.
Suspension Policy
1. All members have the right to suspend their membership under the following conditions.
2. The suspension can be requested once per calendar year.
3. Suspension can be either for leisure or for medical conditions.
4. The suspension can be from 2 weeks up to 6 weeks max. Medical suspensions can be requested for a maximum of 3 months upon submission of a doctor’s note.
5. The duration requested has to be all in once.
6. We apply a 20€ administration fee per suspension.
7. If the membership is a contract (monthly payment settlement), the request must be made from our website with a 5-day notice period before its start.
8. If the membership is a one single payment purchase, the request can be made a few days before coming back to the studio.
